We currently have a vacancy for a full-time, permanent, Customer Service Executive, to join our busy customer service team. The successful applicant will work mainly by telephone and email, providing support for customers with queries, and offering advice and guidance on our wide range of products, in a friendly but knowledgeable manner. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role with excellent keyboard skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and an efficient but friendly telephone manner.
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm.
