The Expert Advice is a dynamic and reputable immigration consulting firm dedicated to providing comprehensive immigration services to individuals, families, and businesses. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative cum Processing Officer (preferably Malayalam and Hindi speaker only) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with various immigration processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing expert advice to facilitate successful immigration outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Malayalam (mandatory)
  • Own Visa ( Prefeered)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in immigration or related sectors, Loan Setors, or after sales. (Callings)
  • Strong client retention skills and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Confident in handling clients face-to-face ( rarely)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Handle walk-in and referred clients with a professional and helpful approach
  • Guide clients through immigration processes and service offerings
  • Follow up with leads and ensure a high retention and satisfaction rate
  • Manage queries, concerns, and provide timely resolution
