Leach’s is a Hereford based business, specializing in height safety and scaffolding supplies. We cater to a large range of industries such as scaffolding construction, bricklaying, oil & gas and many more. We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team as maternity cover for a period of 10-12 months.
Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, the Customer Service Executive will maintain the following duties and should have the following skillset:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Monitoring the sales email inbox
• Processing online orders from website
• Quoting customers who call in or email
• Printing orders/generating pick notes for the dispatch team
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Dealing with/resolving/escalating customer complaints
• Any other reasonable tasks within the scope of the role
