Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, promoting financial and mortgage products
Understand customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and conversions in our CRM
Ensure top-notch customer service and timely follow-ups on inquiries
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele sales (preferably in banking or financial services)
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage
Confident, proactive, and results-oriented
Thrive in a goal-driven, high-performance sales environment

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,400.00 per mont
