We are looking for Customer Service Executives with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the UAE freight forwarding industry.

Locations: Abu Dhabi

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding industry (land, air & sea) in UAE

Solid understanding of freight forwarding terminologies, Incoterms, and logistics processes

Good knowledge of the UAE and regional market trends, pricing, and competition

Ability to generate new business, manage key accounts

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

A proactive approach and the ability to perform in a dynamic environment
