Description
You will ensure exceptional service and support, meeting customer needs to the highest standards. What You'll Do 1. Managing customer’s profiles to enhance understanding on customer’s preference and requirement and offer value-added services. 2. To be the key contact of customers in order management and fulfillment. 3. Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments. 4. Manages the order fulfillment process timely and accurately from order entry, administration, delivery and shipping through to invoicing. 5. Capable of resolving issues arising from operations and requiring coordination cross-functionally. 6. Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality. 7. Complete projects and initiatives as assigned by manager. What You Need to Succeed 1. Bachelor's Degree in any related field. 2. At least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing, Order Fulfillment or Supply Chain Management. 3. Customer focused and orientated. 4.
