Job Description Night Shift Operations Support: Provide clerical and administrative support during night shifts to ensure smooth and continuous project operations. Administrative & Management Support: Deliver administrative, secretarial, and marketing support to the Deputy Director and Operations Manager, including document preparation and coordination tasks. Financial & Reporting Assistance: Assist in reviewing monthly revenue reports and invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper record‑keeping. Business & Market Development Support: Support the identification of new campaigns, distribution channels, and external partnership opportunities to drive business growth. Industry & Market Engagement: Participate in industry events, conferences, and association activities to collect market insights and stay informed of industry trends. Ad‑hoc & Project Assignments: Carry out additional duties and special projects as assigned to support operational and business objectives. Qualifications Degree holder or above Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in clerical, administrative, operations, or business development roles. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels. Proactive, confident, and adaptable, with a positive “can‑do” attitude and creative problem‑solving skills. Able to commit to full‑time night shift operations.
