The UK’s top retailer and Europe’s leading distributor of vitamins and sport supplements is looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing outstanding service to our B2B and B2C customers.
ABOUT YOU
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with proven experience in customer service. You should have strong communication skills, enjoy problem solving and be comfortable supporting both business and individual customers. Previous experience in the health, fitness or supplement industry is beneficial but not required. Since we operate from two distribution centres (one in the UK and one in Poland), speaking Polish is an advantage, allowing you to support our wider operations, but not essential.
