Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our small, friendly team in Bury St Edmunds, with occasional travel to Claydon, Ipswich. This role is part time and either part year (42 weeks) or full year 52 weeks, we can discuss options with the successful candidate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with parents and third party education customers via phone, email, and face to face to address enquiries, resolve issues, and promote our services effectively. A strong ability to analyse customer needs and find solutions is important. Experience of working with SEN children is an advantage. Duties Respond promptly to customer enquiries through various channels, including phone and email. Provide accurate information to parents and third party clients about our tutoring services. Assist parents and third party clients with help and information about our centres, costs and tutoring availability. Keep our CRM and booking system up to date and accurate. Identify opportunities to ensure full availability of tutoring is offered by looking at complex timetables. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tutoring skills set, availability and timetables. Experience Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
