Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in customer service; experience in a travel agency is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus)
  • Knowledge of visa procedures and travel documentation is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, and other travel-related services
  • Provide detailed and accurate travel information, itineraries, and cost breakdowns
  • Handle amendments, cancellations, and refunds as per company and airline policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for high satisfaction
  • Maintain updated knowledge of travel products, services, destinations, and policies
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to fulfill client requests
  • Follow up with clients post-travel for feedback and future business opportunities
  • Maintain customer records and data using CRM or internal systems.
