Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive with experience or interest in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing product information, handling inquiries, and resolving issues related to furniture sales, deliveries, and after-sales support.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in the furniture or home décor industry preferred.
  • 1–3 years of customer service or retail experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with furniture product terminology and specifications is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic language.
Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person related to furniture products, orders, and services.
  • Provide accurate product information including materials, dimensions, care instructions, and customization options.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track deliveries, returns, and installations.
  • Manage complaints, damages, or defects professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist sales and showroom teams with customer follow-ups and special requests.
  • Stay informed on latest furniture trends, collections, and stock availability.
  • Suggest upselling or cross-selling options where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and feedback collection.
