Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to support our Property Management team in delivering efficient and professional services. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining accurate records, supporting tenant communications, and contributing to a high standard of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organisational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, tenants, and external authorities. Key Responsibilities Deliver leasing administrative service in order to support the property management team. Making sure customers & tenants’ satisfaction is met. Assist the Property Management team in the renewal process and collection of payment. Updating the system, preparing documentation for tenants and scanning Meet and greet all visitors to the office in a professional manner. Handle all incoming and outgoing emails in a timely and efficient manner always maintaining confidentiality. Responsible for logging information of the tenant’s renewals /New lettings /short term leases onto the Happy Tenant. Escalating complaints when necessary. Preparing documentations for scanning into the archive folders Arranging deliveries of tenancy contracts to buildings weekly Assist in tenant communication and tenant services on a daily basis. To refine and develop admin processes in the office for more organised record keeping. Following up pending payments, documents etc. Coordinating with Property managers on a day to day basis Coordinating with finance team for any financial dispute of tenants. Coordinating with the PRO to ensure that the contracts are attested with the Sharjah Municipality Skills, Knowledge and Experience Educated to degree level or equivalent. At least two years’ experience in a similar administrative/customer service-based post. Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and colleagues. Excellent customer service skills. High level of written and verbal communication skills. Able to be flexible if required regarding administrative cover in the office. Attention for detail and proactive attitude is a must.
Responsibilities

Key tasks include updating systems, preparing documentation, handling visitor greetings, and managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
