1. CUSTOMER INTERACTION & SUPPORT

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide accurate shipping quotes, transit times, and service options for air, sea, and land freight.
• Manage customer expectations by providing regular updates on shipment status.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in customer service within the shipping/logistics/freight forwarding industry.
• Knowledge of air, sea, and land freight operations and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and shipping software/ERP systems.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
