We deal in information security and document destruction solutions, that means we help businesses and consumers mitigate the ongoing threats and risks of workplace privacy breaches through our technologies, protocols, practices, and innovative products & services.
Your role will see you speaking with our customers every day. You will provide solutions to problems, keep clients connected with the wider business and keep them informed of progress throughout.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You’ll investigate customer complaints and provide solutions whist keeping them informed and up to date along the way
  • You’ll liaise with internal departments (Finance, Transport, Sales, IT) to investigate customer queries
  • Manage and respond to emails within designated inbox (You’ll be assigned a new inbox every week, so you’ll learn everything there is to know about Shred-it and the services we provide!)

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • You’ll be the first voice our customers hear, so you’ll need to make a great first impression!
  • You’ll have call and email targets to achieve, so being focused on them will be key to your ongoing success.
  • You’ll be focussed on customer satisfaction, dealing with our clients with empathy, direction, and action.
  • You’ll deliver on promises, understand customer frustrations and have an investigative approach to all interactions.
