Sika Kimia Sdn Bhd currently employs more than 340 people in Sales & Marketing, Technical Service, Finance, HR & Administration, Laboratory, Production, Purchasing, Customer Service and Warehouse. Job Description Order processing, monitoring/update on stock allocation/readiness & providing regular update to customers with regards to their orders. Main Tasks To process all incoming orders assigned & provide acknowledgement to customer. Managing back-orders, stock allocation & providing regular updates to customer. To notify & provide order confirmation to customer for all orders which are ready to be delivered/collected. Daily support to sales team by providing back-order report. Preparing & issuing all the required documents for customer orders to be released out i.e: Picking List, Proforma Invoice & Packing List. Proactively interact with Sales, Warehouse, Production, QC, Finance, HR and other relevant stakeholders/departments to ensure completion of assigned tasks & meeting the strategic direction of the business. Responding proactively to customer inquiries. Preparing forecast sales to superior on weekly basis. Others Any other tasks assigned from time to time Security Maintain Sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information. Qualifications Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field with of without working experience. in the related field (supply-chain, warehousing/logistic, manufacturing) Fluent in written and oral - English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin or other Chinese dialect would be an added advantage. Additional Information Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work independently with little supervision. Self-motivate & trustworthy. Good computer skills in Microsoft applications i.e: Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Ability to learn fast for new system.
