POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

The Diamond Group has been established for more than 30 years and specialises in same-day courier deliveries.
We also operate a self storage facility and overnight services and international deliveries. We are now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our busy, friendly Office at our Branch in Cornwall working closely with our Head Office in East Grinstead.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company.
This position is responsible for contacting customers to discuss their orders and answer any questions they may have.
The Customer Service Representative will also work with the production team to ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
You will work Monday to Friday - 09:00-18:00

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (preferred

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails including making outbound calls.
• Complete daily or weekly productivity duties & reports
• Complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner
• Call and email customers with updates about orders
• Identify customer needs when making bookings
• Build relationships with customers in order to develop loyalty and recommend services we offer
• Become an expert on products and services to accurately represent the company’s offerings
• Work with sales team to ensure all customers are contacted when new products and services become available
• Develop an understanding of industry trends and new products or services that match the company’s offerings and create opinion polls for future reference.
• Create an orderly flow of orders throughout the company at all levels, including but not limited to production, shipping, customer service, sales and sales support.
• Must be able to prioritise your work load as you move between levels of management.
• Must be able to move from one shift to another with ease.
• Must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Must be able to work independently without losing sight of the overall picture.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with many distractions.
• Must be professional and have great communication skills. Must have a passion for customer service!
