Responsibilities

You’ll be at the heart of our corporate vehicle services, managing customer enquiries from vehicle order to delivery and general contract matters. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing your own portfolio of corporate customers, acting as their first point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Handling a wide range of enquiries via phone and email — becoming an expert on new vehicle orders, pricing, and in-life vehicle operations
  • Responding confidently to issues, including complaints, with effective solutions
  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Customer Relationship Managers
  • Organising and prioritising your workload to provide timely, professional support
  • Building strong, positive relationships with customers through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
