Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Fleet Admin you will be joining the experienced team at Arval UK. You’ll be managing all processes requests relating to our vehicles during their life. Supporting customers, by processing complex tasks in line with deadlines by managing the outcome and working with external suppliers to minimise risks to the business.
Communication will be varied, from answering emails to calling suppliers and third-party agencies. You’ll be focused on delivering excellent customer service with a proactive approach to managing the workload.

SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Prioritising multiple tasks at one time to ensure customers are satisfied whilst managing a high volume of work through to completion.
  • Talking to regulated and corporate customers via phone call and email.
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders and third parties.
  • Dealing with escalation to provide excellent customer service and get to a resolution.
