Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,700 + performance-related bonus + ‘13th month’ bonus
Hours: (Mon–Fri) + 1 Saturday morning/month

The role
As a Fleet Controller, you’ll be the first point of contact for drivers, suppliers, and clients—ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, and back on the road quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate bookings for servicing, repairs, and inspections.
  • Process invoices and manage compliance schedules.
  • Use our bespoke in-house system to track and optimise fleet activity.
  • Support internal audits and contribute to process improvements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our brand values.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in fleet management, transport coordination, or vehicle maintenance is a plus—but not essential as full training and support delivered
  • Strong organisational skills and a cool head under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident IT skills and a willingness to learn our systems.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
