We’re passionate about creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. Our Kanata location is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our energetic front of house team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service
• Take orders accurately on the POS

Assist with food prep

• Ensure dining area cleanliness, service areas are clean and organized
• Support team during busy periods
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism
• Support opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or food industry preferred
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Punctual, reliable and team oriented

• Food handlers certificate is a plus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
