Responsibilities Offer dedicated IT support and customer service in French via phone, email, and chat. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues effectively. Document customer interactions and solutions accurately within support systems. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and manage complex issues. Stay informed about the latest IT products, services, and procedures. Deliver timely, professional, and empathetic customer support. Participate in ongoing training to improve technical knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
