Citizen Canine, the Bay Area’s premier doggie daycare and hotel is looking for a special individual to join our front desk Customer Service team.

The position calls for someone who not only loves dogs but so much more. The ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:

• Upbeat & Enthusiastic with a positive Attitude
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service to guests and staff, via phone, email and in person. We hold ourselves to the highest levels of customer service, and the customer service specialist is our company’s first impression on our clients.
• Be able to multi-task the phone will be ringing, guests will be checking in and out, you’ll be assisting dog handlers in caring for our canine guests, there may be an emergency; the list goes on and on. Are you up for organized chaos on a daily basis? Can you work well both independently and as part of a team?
• Familiarity with basic computer operations. We can train you to use the software but you have to know the basics. We utilize Word, Excel and google docs daily as well as a kennel specific software program.
• You must be punctual, reliable and able to handle all size dogs from tiny to large, strong dogs.
• Must Love Dogs!

We are a 365 day a year facility, so at least one weekend day and most holidays are required. Availability from 6:45 am until 9:00 pm for a variety of shifts.
