SUMMARY:

Answers all Customer Inquiries via telephone or email. Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.

Responsibilities
  • Answering telephone, screening and directing calls.
  • Taking and relaying messages.
  • Providing general inquiries to customers
  • Greeting persons entering organization and directing persons to correct destination.
  • Dealing with queries from the public and customers.
  • Monitoring visitor access and maintain security awareness.
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support.
  • Preparing correspondence and documents.
  • Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries.
  • Updating phone lists when required.
  • Organizing conference and meeting room bookings.
  • Tidying and maintaining the reception area.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.
  • Following up with the manufacturer as to when garage door orders were to be received;
  • Dealing with customer inquiries;
  • Scheduling/dispatching installers to projects;
