JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen ability to analyse customer queries, and the capability to upsell products when appropriate.
