REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, courteous, and proactive in dealing with customers
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays, with flexibility for extra shifts when required

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Statfold Country Park is seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our Guest Relations team. This is a front-facing role, key to delivering a welcoming and memorable experience for our visitors. The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive or call.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist guests on-site with a warm, personable approach
• Provide accurate and helpful information to enhance the visitor experience
• Handle incoming calls, responding to customer enquirers and managing bookings
• Support the use of our ticketing and booking platform (full training provided)
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high service standards
