Job Description Receive samples and register on the system. Encode and take photos of samples. Understand customer's requirements about test items, create sample delivery by choosing test item, test method, unit, LOD/LOQ, test matrix, and make sure test items are performed by proper labs (Chemical Lab, Micro Lab, Heavy Metal Lab.)… or registration form (if the tests are subcontracted) basing on application form/quotation/client's request for each order for team leader review. Send order confirmation and update to relevant teams if there are any updates from clients to have proper actions. Follow up the results tested by subcontractor and have proper actions. Prepare PI and input orders to BOSS. Handle invoicing process and money collection (via bank accounts or cashier). Add information for job order/sample on system based on information of application, quotations, emails, pictures, Lab request form ect. Issue/send the (preliminary/official) reports to clients after they are reviewed/checked/approved by designated persons. Revise reports as per client requirements. Support clients to check the specs, MRLs or market regulations of their samples whether their samples are pass or fail Prepare documents, reports, letters, etc to get head of department's approval and red chops or transfer them to relevant departments (HR, Accountant, Admin, etc) Comply with QHSE policy & Quality management system (SOP, forms, guidelines, ISO17025, etc.). Cooperate with other teams to reach revenue target, transfering better service for customers. Other duties as requested by team leader/ CS Supervisor. Qualifications College graduation with related background (Analytical Chemistry/ Food Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Mircobiology) Fresh student or experienced CS staffs below 2 years English level B or equivalent Good communication and problem solving skills Good computer skill
Responsibilities
