Key Responsibilities: Welcome and guide guests upon their arrival at the restaurant. Address and resolve customer inquiries and requests. Handle table reservations via email and phone. Perform other tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager. Qualifications: Graduate from Intermediate, College, or University level. Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service. Female, aged 20-30. Hardworking, detail-oriented, and responsible. Good English communication skills. Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
