Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Claims Handler in our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in the initial stages of their claims journey. You will be responsible for gathering and recording all required information, ensuring that the initial claims data is accurately collated to facilitate a smooth and efficient claims process. You will provide excellent service to our customers throughout the process, offering support and guidance as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Providing excellent service to our customers on the telephone and in writing
  • Guiding the customer through the initial claims process
  • Supporting colleagues by providing assistance and sharing knowledge
  • Achieving strategic objectives through departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
