Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service & HR Administrator
Company: The Big Bakes
Location: Remote
Contract Type: Freelance
Hours: 15–20 hours per week (Mon–Fri), working 3–4 hours per day starting at either 9am or 10am
Hourly rate: £12.50

About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and friendly Customer Service & HR Administrator to join us part-time. You’ll play a key role in supporting both our guests and our team, working across customer queries, HR admin, and general coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries across email, WhatsApp, chat, social media and calls
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating only when needed
  • Keep customer info and FAQs up to date
  • Assist with HR admin including onboarding, right-to-work checks, and contracts
  • Post job ads, schedule interviews, and handle basic recruitment admin

Maintain accurate HR records and help prep reports for payroll and KPIs

  • Use Excel to track and present simple monthly reports
  • Support general admin: scheduling, updating team docs, and other ad hoc tasks
