  • Manage customer’s requests and queries
  • Handle clients’ phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Retrieve and assist Customer documents
  • Assist in planning and organizing Customer Care
  • Maintain filing systems, document organization, and general office administration as needed
  • Handle information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism
  • Streamline customer process
  • Manage monthly KPI of cases
  • Every Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
