We are now looking to expand our fast paced and energetic sales team with a Ingredients Order Processor within our Customer Service Wholesale team. This is an office-based role, working hours 8:30 to 17:00 with half an hour lunch break.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone who has experience in working in a wholesale orders and logistics environment that has capability to identify opportunities and review system processes to maximise efficiency in a business to business wholesale environment.
You will be responsible for the logistical management of client orders, from receiving, through processing to timely final destination delivery. The role entails close collaboration with internal departments and external customers, meeting tight deadlines ensuring goods are delivered according to plan, and both client and customer expectations.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling incoming wholesale calls
  • Receiving and processing sales orders onto the system
  • Ensure orders are completed and shipped accurately and on time
  • Daily planning, organisation & communication of transport
  • Complete delivery logistics
  • Key point of contact for orders and delivery enquires resolving any order queries raised
  • Work with account managers to ensure all orders are processed and all accounts updated
  • Have a thorough understanding of the stock portfolio
  • Communicate with other departments to maintain or inform customer orders
  • Gaining an understanding of the products being sold and highlight any irregularities with the Sales team prior to booking the order
  • Analysis of Wholesale Accounts
