We are looking for a Customer Service & Inside Sales Coordinator to take on a pivotal role across ACI Group & Oomph Works. In this position, you will manage and take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain and logistics co-ordination for your division(s), while delivering exceptional customer service and account management. Alongside your customer service responsibilities, you will support sales by helping to identify lead opportunities, engaging prospects and promote our products to support our vision for growth. This is a dynamic, customer facing role that requires a proactive, curious, and service-focused approach. You will help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, ultimately servicing our customers to the best possible standards. This role offers the chance to be at the heart of our operations, working across multiple business areas and having the opportunity to make a real impact.
