We are seeking a dependable, friendly Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers—handling incoming calls, assisting with questions, and helping homeowners select services that best fit their needs. You’ll play a key role in building trust, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting our sales and service teams. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from new and existing customers Assist customers with service questions and account updates Convert incoming leads into new Lawn Doctor customers Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit the customer Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships Follow up with customers after proposals, quotes, and completed services Accurately enter and update customer information in our system Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and customer-focused with a positive attitude Comfortable building relationships and trust over the phone Strong communication and active listening skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with good attendance Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not required Experience with RealGreen software is a plus, but not necessary Training & Support Hands-on training provided for systems, services, and customer interactions Ongoing coaching and support to help you grow and succeed We value personality, professionalism, and relationship-building skills over prior experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with bonus or commission opportunities Supportive, family-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and long-term advancement
