Requirements Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred Work Experience 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or bachelor's degree Skills and Knowledge Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship building skills Strong computer skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work independently and take initiative to handle multiple tasks while staying organized Ability to proactively ensure adherence to local, state and federal guidelines. WORKING CONDITIONS Work is performed on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented, office and warehouse environment at our Muskegon facility.
