Summary: As a Customer Service Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact between clients (insurance companies and third-party administrators), injured workers and Carlisle Medical for all Durable Medical Equipment (DME) needs and concerns.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); 2 years proven sales experience or 3 years of related experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Review all documentation associated with referrals for correctness and completeness.
• Obtain necessary information and documentation to implement referrals.
• Processes orders for merchandise received by mail, telephone, fax e-mail or personally from customer or company employee.
• Informs injured worker of services available to them to satisfy their needs.
• Locate source of identified DME.
• Writes or type order forms and enters data into computer system.
• Records or files copies of documentation received.
• Receives, investigates and resolves customer complaints.
• Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management.
• Answers questions from customers or individuals on issues or directs them to the person that is able to assist.
• Maintains client and claimant information in various databases.
• Other duties as required.
