Description Christ Panos Foods is looking for a high-energy, customer-obsessed Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing, team-oriented organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and enjoys blending customer service, inside sales, and account management. As a key member of our team, you will act as a trusted partner to our customers, ensuring seamless order execution, resolving issues proactively, and identifying opportunities to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Responsibilities & Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships Manage end-to-end order processing via phone, email, and internal systems with a high level of accuracy Provide real-time product knowledge, including pricing, availability, and order status updates Support inside sales initiatives through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting featured products Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Maintain clean and accurate account data, pricing, and order records Handle high-volume inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and urgency Contribute to a continuous improvement mindset, identifying ways to enhance processes and service levels Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm & every other Saturday as needed. This role is 100% in office. Experience in food distribution, foodservice, or wholesale strongly preferred Strong phone, email, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem solving mindset with a customer first attitude

Responsibilities

The representative will manage end-to-end order processing and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment while driving sales through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
