Description
As a Customer Service Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting our Brazilian market operations. You'll work closely with customers and distributors to ensure a seamless post-sales experience, while developing technical expertise and communication skills. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting end users and distributors with product specifications and technical information Supporting customers with application-related inquiries and proper equipment usage Managing warranty claims and product replacement processes to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborating with Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) to facilitate service delivery Tracking service requests and maintaining clear communication with customers and partners Generating reports and supporting internal performance tracking Contributing to process improvements and initiatives that enhance the customer experience Supportive, learning-focused work environment Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Expected graduation date after December 2027 Basic understanding of electricity and electronics Intermediate proficiency in English (reading and writing technical materials) Availability to work on-site in our São Paulo office (hybrid model) Familiarity with metrology concepts Experience using digital tools to improve efficiency Adaptability & Initiative: Proactive in identifying opportunities and navigating change Digital Fluency: Comfortable engaging with digital platforms and tools Empathy & Collaboration: Ability to understand and balance the needs of customers, distributors, and internal teams
