SUMMARY

The trainee will be included in the Sales Support & Customer Service department of Knauf Italy and will have the opportunity to carry out a training project with focus on the following activities:

  • learning the successful strategy that puts the customer at the center
  • learning to know the customer and his needs
  • board and operational tools for customer management
  • proactive customer management integrated into modern marketing
  • communication tools for Customer Care and techniques for managing difficult relationships
  • commercial support: relationship management with B2B customers, support for the Knauf Italy sales network
  • operational support: Reception and entry of orders via Sap management software. Completion and optimization of the same.
