Internet Sales / BDC Representative – Janesville Kia Pay Range: $35,000 – $70,000+ annually (Base Salary + Monthly Bonuses) Schedule: Monday–Friday (rotating shifts: 8am–5pm or 11:30am–8pm) + rotating Saturdays Janesville Kia is growing our Business Development Center (BDC) and seeking energetic Internet Sales Representatives to join our call center team! This is NOT a cold-calling telemarketing job — you’ll be working with customers who have already shown interest in our vehicles. Your role is all about appointment setting, follow-up, and providing an outstanding guest experience — no high-pressure sales tactics. We’ll provide full training, a supportive environment, and a clear career path for motivated individuals who want to grow in the automotive industry.
