In this role you will be responsible for: Uncover customer needs and interact with our products and services through various initiatives including CVC, CSAT, or CES surveys via Outbound Calls, Email & Texting across customer touchpoint Deep understanding on customer insights by identify the pain points and opportunities through the surveys Handling customer contact activities includes sales, customer feedback with Customer Relationship Management System Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills when interacting at all level, be it among peers & managers or with customers Working in a team to achieve the required Key Performance Index (KPI) & SLA (Service Level Agreement) Duration: Depending on your university's requirement The ideal candidate will possess: Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course) Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis Monthly allowance Opportunity to be absorbed as permanent employee (based on your work performance) Location of this branch: Rentokil Initial (M) Sdn Bhd, Unit 8-1, Level 8, Tower 8, UOA Business Park, No. 1, Jalan Pengaturcara U1/51A, Seksyen U1, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for uncovering customer needs and interacting with products/services via surveys (CVC, CSAT, CES) using outbound calls, email, and texting across customer touchpoints. This role also involves gaining deep customer insights by identifying pain points and opportunities from survey data and handling customer contacts using a CRM system.
