Xtron Imaging Inc is a leading medical imaging service provider supporting the diagnostic imaging industry for nearly 40 years. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service & Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team.
If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in customer service, inventory management, and coordinating service operations, we want to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in customer service (required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
  • Comfortable working with multiple computer programs
  • Experience in inventory coordination, parts management, or service dispatch (preferred)
  • Background in technical support, service advisor, or dispatch roles is an asset
  • Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory and parts tracking, including sourcing, ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Track incoming shipments and reconcile inventory records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication across teams and customers
  • Schedule and dispatch field service team with a focus on timely and efficient service
  • Maintain and manage the service calendar, ensuring accurate tracking of appointments and follow-ups
  • Maintain ongoing communication with service team to coordinate service activities and updates
  • Prepare reports for invoicing and maintain related documentation
  • Perform general administrative and office duties as needed
