JOB SUMMARY
Kentrel is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team. This position plays a key role in coordinating water meter access appointments and ensuring clear, professional communication between customers and technicians. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time roles.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· High attention to detail and dependable work ethic
· Previous customer service experience preferred
· Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to schedule and confirm appointments
· Dispatch work orders to field technicians and relay updates
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
· Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional customer service at all times
