Description

An opportunity has arisen to join the Customer Service Key Account Team at RE:SURE Intelligence. RE:SURE is a fast-growing, innovative remote security services provider, with a primary focus on Remote CCTV Monitoring.
We are looking for an experienced, driven and ambitious Customer Service Key Account Adminstrator to join our team.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven customer service / account management or other relevant experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience using a CRM with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing and capable to pick up the phone and deal with challenges head-on
  • Highly organised, great at multi-tasking and thrive under pressure
  • Be flexible and constantly keen to learn
  • Strong IT skills across office applications and web platforms
Responsibilities

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Manage customer onboarding and experience from when they place their first order, through to successful completion and aftersales care.
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer
  • Develop, build and maintain strong trusted and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Work hand in hand with technical support team to promptly troubleshoot, continually keeping customers up to date with issues as they get resolved.
  • Deal with installation partners to promptly and efficiently resolve customer issues that require a site visit
  • Real time troubleshooting of customer queries regarding our two apps, RE:SURE I/O and RE:SURE AURA.
