POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department, supporting the Customer Service Manager, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for both our retail locations and direct customers. The successful candidate will help lead the team, optimize internal processes, and contribute to a high-performing and positive workplace culture.

  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during escalated interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business software.
