Customer Service Lead 📍 Location: Denver, CO 🕒 Schedule: Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM, Sat 9AM–3PM (5 days/40 hrs/week) 📄 Contract-to-Hire (3 months) 🧩 About the Role We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Lead to oversee our Slab Desk Will Call area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a team, support walk-in customers, and ensure smooth operations across departments. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Lead and support the Slab Desk CSR team to meet quality and efficiency goals Act as the escalation point for team and customer issues Assist walk-in customers, answer calls, and respond to emails/faxes Handle tile order data entry using internal systems and Excel Collaborate with showroom, warehouse, and order desk teams Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support ✅ Must-Have Qualifications 1+ year in a management or lead role (retail experience welcome!) Strong face-to-face customer service skills High school diploma or GED Basic Excel and data entry skills Bilingual in Spanish and English 🌟 Nice-to-Haves Experience with tile or construction materials 💼 Why Join Us?
