CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD – TUF-TURF (SAANICH)
Tuf-Turf is looking for a Customer Service Lead to join our team full-time (5 days/week). Applicants must be available for some Saturdays shifts. This key role is the first point of contact for customers in our yard and on the phone, and is designed to grow into a manager position with the company.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· Comfortable with computer invoicing and email (training provided)
· Landscape and/or horticultural experience is an asset
· Ability to operate a loader safely (training provided)
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
· Manage sales in person, on the phone, and by email
· Coordinate and confirm product loads and assist with material ordering
· Oversee yard organization and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and efficient environment
· Help manage inventory and basic equipment upkeep
· Learn to operate a loader to assist with yard operations
