  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates
