Combining your business know-how with your passion for people, you’ll work with your Regional General Manager and your branch team to coach and motivate a diverse, dynamic and collaborative team to even greater heights. This is a full-time, branch-based role and the hours are across and inclusive of Monday to Saturday. What will I need? Strong leadership experience, ideally gained in a Retail Banking environment (preferred, not essential) Proven experience of holding accountability for risk and compliance, staff performance and customer experience High-energy, with an ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team Experience of working to fulfil business performance targets and spur growth Ability to effectively de-escalate and address challenging situations by using strong communication and problem-solving skills At Westpac, we’re committed to your success from day one.
