Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a Customer Service Liaison to serve as the key connection between clients and our internal support teams. This position plays a crucial role in managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring service standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences in a professional environment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service-related issues. Manage communication between clients and internal departments to ensure timely resolution. Document and track client interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to verify satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Assist in process improvement by identifying recurring concerns and suggesting solutions. Ensure all customer service procedures align with company policies and client expectations. Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and support retention efforts. Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems (CRM experience is a plus). Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
