About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Executive to oversee our day-to-day customer service and logistics operations. You'll be the go-to person for keeping orders moving, resolving issues quickly, and making sure our branches are running consistently and efficiently. ---------------------------------------- Job Scope * Manage daily order-to-invoice processes across all branches with high attention to detail and data accuracy * Monitor deliveries, returns, and complaints — and act fast when things go off track * Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues, resolving them with clear root cause analysis * Ensure teams follow standard operating procedures consistently across all locations * Spot inefficiencies in order processing and coordination, and implement practical improvements * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions * Coordinate closely with warehouse, transport, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution * Support system and process improvements as the business grows * Maintain compliance with Malaysian transport regulations and customs requirements * Work independently with high ownership — follow through on pending actions and close performance gaps ---------------------------------------- Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain * Multi-site operations experience is a plus; exposure to import/export or freight forwarding is an added advantage * Diploma holders with 6–8 years of relevant experience may be considered * Experience in high-volume environments, reporting, or process improvement is preferred * Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) * Familiar with Malaysian transport regulations and basic customs compliance 🌟 FRESH GRADUATES AND JUNIOR CANDIDATES WITH STRONG DRIVE AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!
